The Fourth Annual Wild Ride is fast-approaching - co-sponsored by Bikes Not Bombs and Earthworks (earthworksboston.org)! The 12-mile route takes participants winding through Boston's Urban Wilds and orchards at peak foliage. There will also be an opportunity for a short hike during the ride. The ride culminates with a cider pressing and snacks. Urban cycling skills, bike in good working order and helmet are required. Road bikes are just fine for this ride: the off-road sections are short and on smooth hard dirt. Sliding scale $10-20 suggested donation to benefit BNB and EarthWorks.
