Six months into enjoying our fabulous, custom spaces, we still face the big challenge of raising $150,000 more - in addition to our regular operating costs - to finish paying for our Capital Campaign total of $550,000. Grassroots fundraising is essential to this organization, and we have been delighted and encouraged by the enthusiasm and contributions of our supporters. We’re over halfway to our goal now; the sooner we finish paying for the spaces, the sooner we can get back to developing our local and international projects.

A Bikes Not Bombs Staff Retreat was held in June, and it was invigorating. The overarching theme: staff are excited to incorporate more social-justice and environmental advocacy and education via hosting regular events and programs, expanding our curriculums, and even adding campaigns. The energy at BNB is palpable, but we do need to focus on our fundraising at this time. After that, we roll. We need your help now! Please consider a monthly giving plan this year.

Summer FUNdraising Blast

If you want to help us raise the $150,000 left to make it to our goal, we have some pretty easy and fun ideas. Supporter-hosted events are key to expanding our base to create new donors and further our mission. We offer support, but your creativity and guest list can make BNB’s best dreams come true. A few ideas:
